Method subjects: This quasi-experimental consists 30 subjects including both males females between 40-60 years, already diagnosed were selected. sample was collected using nonprobability convenient sampling method assigned groups (A or B) 15 each. Group A received moist pack for minutes, active ROM exercises, Energy Technique (MET). B mobilization. Both treated 2 times week weeks told continue exercises at home. All measured pain by SPADI, goniometer 1st day 15th after treatment. Result: There 20 (66.6%) male 10(33.4%) female participants. significant improvement post-treatment levels SPADI groups. Although reduction improved but statistically (p<0.05) group shown superior MET. Conclusion: Mobilization effective reducing increasing function Disability among having Adhesive Capsulitis as compared MET Pain, shoulder functions.
